Hi Anni,

Can you please provide some inputs for Fried Rice ?
Ive tried but end up with a more 'pulav'ish taste and feel.
Im looking at making it with cabbage, beans, spring onions, garlic, carrots etc... just the usual stuff..and I am a complete no-no to green peas in fried rice.

Got hooked to fried rice during college days (My college is famous for food) and just can't seem to make it myself.

thanks in advance

regards,
Mahesh
